i have been SO jealous of will during the closing of this election season, because he is in chicago, where it all went down! he lives about 1.5 miles away from grant park, where thousands gathered to celebrate obama's victory and hear his speech. i soooo would've been there, eating it all up, buying all of those great newspapers with the awesome covers of the win, rubbing shoulders with oprah. sigh.
to top it all, will even SAW obama on friday! he was going to a dinner party at a friend's, and as he was approaching the apartment building, he saw a bunch of black cars waiting outside the building. he said to his friend "do you think obama is going to come out?" immediately after he said that, obama came out of the building after a workout. he got in the car, and his window was rolled down, and he waved at the small group of people outside, including will. aaah!
too bad i hadn't gone two months earlier. so not fair!
